ABOUT THE GAME
Humor in Leadership is a serious game combining video-based scenarios and interactive questionnaires.
The player joins the marketing and sales department of Velynwear, a company in the fashion industry.
The team is composed of:
• Amelia, a French colleague;
• Nam, a Vietnamese colleague;
• Tom, the new team manager.
Throughout the experience, players participate in meetings and professional situations involving the different members of the team.
During these interactions, Tom frequently uses humor in different workplace situations, including:
• tensions within the team;
• mistakes made by employees;
• uncomfortable professional situations;
• everyday managerial interactions.
Players are invited to reflect on:
• their perception of Tom’s humor;
• the appropriateness of humor in professional contexts;
• their reactions to different situations;
• whether they would appreciate working with this type of manager.
